  1. Prison Clothes for being arrested in the island prison

    If any cop sees you wearing that orange prison jumpsuit clothing you will be given instant 3 or 4 stars but you can remove the clothes on the place where you can sell gold bars or maybe in the barn since that place is kinda empty.

  2. Transport system

    When an officer arrests a max star suspect, they can call a police van through the radio. The police van (or helicopter) will arrive and take the suspect to a maximum security prison, with the officer escorting the van along the way. This transport will only be used for max star suspects.

  3. Spike strips

    So, when you are speeding And Roadblocks can't stop the suspect. Spike straps are deployed By Police. At Level 3 wanted or higher that's where it'll be deployed.

  4. Destructible Locations.

    If some of the props can be destroyed by using explosive weapons for example walls and small bridges, we could not only limit police movement but also make easier escapes. However, The walls will regenerate over time and to identify these weak locations are by their cracks and safety signs blocking them.

  5. police boats

    We have police vehicles on land and in the air but what about the sea? This could be a great idea but where could they come from? They could come from a little dock and you could see them deploying from the dock and maybe an animation showing them getting on the boat. There will be about 4 officers on the boat one will be driving the boat and the others will be trying to shoot at you. Why this is a good idea because police are walking up to you instead of just having a boat.

  6. Criminal Records that may end you up in island prison if you commit multiple times

    If you have committed crimes multiple times and was caught even with 3 stars you will face punishment where you will end no longer end up in the jail cell but in the island prison. My idea is that if you got a total of 10 stars from being caught with less than 3 stars, those multiple 3 star crimes you commit will add up until you hit a total of 10 then you will be in the island prison.

  7. Robbery variety

    Things that would make the heists feel less repetitive: -guards switching positions each time the place gets robbed -Higher or lower security depending on how frequently it gets robbed. -Different loot each time.(for banks: sometimes you'd find gold, sometimes money, each time in a different position from last time.(though always in the vault, duh)) -extra guards at the entry point from which the place got robbed last time. -guards don't all look the same. -more or less civilians depending on the time.

  8. Lockpicking ideas

    Here are a few lockpicking styles: Fallout new Vegas lockpicking: -you have to adjust a bobby pin to the right angle and slowly turn the lock(turn it too slowly to be able to stop in time if the angle is a bit off so the pin doesn't break under pressure. -my original addition idea: once the pin breaks, it is stuck in the lock, leaving whatever you are trying to open unpickable and can only be opened by force. Example video: https://youtu.be/vd-K2Vh3oPY Mafia 1 lockpicking: Basically you hit the action Kay and the character does and animation for a bit and opens the lock.(it's a waiting game, takes like 3-5 seconds) Things that would make this balanced: lock picking skill. -increased by lockpicking (0-100) -when you try pick a lock that requires more skill than your character has, there is a chance it might break (fail chance[%] = missing points*difficulty multiplier) -Video: https://youtu.be/Ru_CSXr6YSU Mafia 2/oblivion lockpicking: By holding/pressing a key, you move the pins up(reasonably fast so it's a bit hard to confirm on the right time) and when you release the key, they start moving down slowly.   9. Building/room clearing tactics for the police

    Instead of mindlessly rushing into a building, police should clear rooms one by one, using tactical positioning and stuff.   10. Negotiations.

    You know...doing Loud isn't my Mojo all the time. The idea of a "Negotiation" isn't something new in-games, however they more of map gimmicks than an actual feature. But what if? It was a mechanic and more importantly, we can do it for stealth! Okay so, your standard heist, you hostaged civilians, police have surrounded. What do you do? Present in these heists are a Telephone, Rotary Telephone or Electronic depending on heist location. If you follow my Loud Waves Idea, before an assault starts, enemies have the "build-up" phase where they start building up their numbers by surrounding the heist. This is the time where you can delay the assault by more time, when the option of telephone is used you will have three options presented on screen. (Option 1) Delay Police Forces by (X) Minutes. Required Condition: Every Hostage you take delays the assault by 10 seconds, this capping out at 10-12 hostages maximum. Downside: Killing Hostages lowers time by 25 Seconds, value can never go negative also, if it does instant assault start. (Option 2) Call for a safe escape and 1000-5000 (Randomized.) cash given. Required Condition: Having killed no civilians and guards (They can also be hostaged if they aren't triggered to be alerted.), you will be given safe passage, doing so means that you can use this to your advantage by pre-planning an escape driver to wait. Just don't expect the police to give it though. Downside: You cannot kill any hostage, you will also be chased by police once you get in your escape vehicle. (Option 3) |Stealth Only Option| You can call the security company or people such as managers to come to the heist location, using them you can make the heist easier such as getting key-items such as Keycards or access to un-accessible rooms that will aid players. Required Conditions: You can only use this once and this is only possible if no civilians and guards are in the area near to the telephone. Downsides: For some choices such as calling the security company to open the vault due to some issue, the company will call back said people for a report. Since if we hostage or take care of them, the security company will be alerted and will send officers. So the heist has to be finished in a set amount of time.

  11. Handcuffs/ Restrainers (Including tackling)

    I think AIPD should get new tools instead of hitting a suspect then instantly leave, they should use handcuffs so tasers can be more useful for them while S.W.AT will tackle the suspect then cuffing them if there close enough.

  12. Jewelry store loot and security

    heres a suggestion on jewelry store loot: -loot location and value is different for each robbery, this would add some sort of strategy to each robbery, giving it more replay value imo. -safe with hidden away jewels in the back. Jewelry shops usually keep the most pricey stuff locked away and display a fake piece instead. low to mid range jewels would still be in the display but high end stuff would prob be more protected. Opening the safe would require specialized tools and some time, so a team would pretty much be required. -some security features low end store cameras would save footage to a server or computer physically present in the store, while high end store cams would stream footage to a far away server. low end store alarms wouldn't call the police, instead either the manager gets notified and calls the cops or a bystander does. high end store alarms would directly contact the police. the manager and staff have a device that can call the police with the press of a button. the display case glass can tank quite a bit before being destroyed, bashing it with stuff won't work, instead you'd need special tools like cutting tools or display case keys. when police is called, first only like 1 car arrives to check out what's going on, the cops from that car would prob like go inside to check stuff out(unless there's obvious stuff like broken Windows or visible bodies), you can delay response by letting them in and disposing of them before they can call for backup(this would buy you like 30 seconds or something).

  13. Balancing money gains & sinks

    Robberies should feel big, with the lowest paying robbery giving like giving like 60k(excluding things like ATMs.) and the biggest heists giving 1-2mil The cheapest vehicles should cost like 50-100k and the most expensive ones up to 10m Weapons should be 500-1k(handguns), 1.1k-3k(assault rifles) 3k+(snipers, machine guns, rocket launchers..)

    Being able to buy a taser from the gun shop. It could basically be used to shut off cameras when doing the quiet way in heist and can be use to take down police and maybe guards if heist have them non lethally

  15. More unique NPCs with special traits and rewards

    NPCs does make the game not feel empty but other than getting 3 stars and some spare change they donโ€™t have much impact gameplay wise. My idea is this, add special NPCs like an NPC that has $500 but you will receive 4 stars when you kill them. A prisoner NPC wearing orange prison clothes where if you kill them then somehow your star rating will slowly go lower. Maybe make special NPCs have clothes to differentiate them.
